Toasted Marshmallow Protein Oatmeal Recipe

This Toasted Marshmallow Protein Oatmeal will remind you of a late night camp fire! Healthy, quick, delicious, and PACKED with protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 4 Toasted Marshmallows
  • 1/4 Cream of Tartar
  • 1/4 Cup (56.5g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese (or Low Sugar Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Vanilla Protein Powder

  • Sodium: 448mg
  • Carbs: 58g
  • Fiber: 5g
  • Sugar: 20g
  • Protein: 58g

Take out a microwavable safe bowl and add your Rolled Oats, Milk, Vanilla Extract, and Egg White into it. Lightly mix everything together. Microwave for 2:00 (or until your Egg White is cooked in). Toast 3 Marshmallows (using your broiler works or a butane torch), add those in, and mix everything together. Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your last Marshmallow and mix those. Top with 1 Toasted Marshmallow. Mouthgasm!


  • Use any other flavor protein you want as long as it compliments the marshmallow flavors!
  • It tastes just as good cold so you can take it with you!
