One of the best relationships ever, white chocolate and raspberry! Today, we make that relationship healthy with our White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oatmeal! This healthy breakfast recipe is packed with great macros and super high in protein.
For this recipe you’re going to need a way to make your oats. You can either make them in the microwave (preferred for quickness) or on your stovetop. We’re making ours in the microwave.
Start by adding into a microwavable bowl 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, and 1 ounce of water.
Give those white chocolate raspberry protein oatmeal ingredients a quick mix and microwave them for 2 minutes. Keep in mind that microwave time can change depending on how powerful your microwave is. Keep an eye on your oatmeal is remember how long it takes for next time!
Alternatively as we mentioned above you can also make these on the stovetop if you don’t like/don’t have a microwave.
After the microwave add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 ounce of fresh raspberries, 1 tablespoon of raspberry jelly, 1 teaspoon of white chocolate chips, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, and 1 serving of sugar free fat free white chocolate instant pudding.
Make sure to mix everything together while your oatmeal is still hot, this will insure that your chocolate melts and mixes in easier.
